Returns Policy
1. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Rampantbunny within 2 days of
the delivery date.
2. All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being
re-shipped to you..
3. Rampantbunny cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information
supplied during the checkout process.
4. :Faulty goods – contact Rampantbunny by email at returns@rampantbunny.com and you will be
provided with an address to send the item back to us.
Include a note stating the problem, and the order reference number for the original purchase.
We will exchange the item for you, or refund you if this is not possible.
5. Unwanted goods – contact Rampantbunny by email at returns@rampantbunny.com and you will be
provided with an address to send the item back to us.
It is imperative that:
§ The goods must be unused
§ The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
§ The goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order
§ Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable
N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met
then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
